COVID Vaccine Panel Discussion
Join us January 4th from 7pm – 9pm EST for a HOLY SPIRIT-filled conversation about the COVID-19 vaccine. We will be joined by our own sisters in CHRIST who are also professionals in the medical field. This is a one time only event by Zoom and will not be recorded.

From a human perspective, 2020 will go down in the history books as the year where the tiny virus, COVID-19, shut the developed world down and almost ruined the economy of many nations.

From GOD’s viewpoint, 2020 was a year when HE put the world into remembrance that HE is GOD all by HIMSELF, and technology, advancements in medicine and all the money in the world will not dethrone HIM. In 2020, GOD got the attention of atheists.

We still need JESUS.
The world will never outgrow or outsmart JESUS.

News flash: GOD is not done yet. For next week’s blog, our intercessory prayer arm, GoBehindTheVeil, will release the Prophetic Word for 2021.

Despite all that happened in 2020, the WeRemnant family proved to be just that – a family of JESUS lovers caring for the needs of each other.

This final blog of 2020 is to say “thank you” for praying, fasting, giving and serving members of GOD’s family in need all over the world.

Our infrastructure projects were slowed down significantly due to COVID-19. We diverted your donations from building efforts to feeding, clothing, farming, and medical needs. Yes, your donations kept many alive in 2020.

However, we did manage to accomplish some long-term building project goals.

Locally Within the United States
We started weekly Zoom Bible studies and prayer groups. We made investments to upgrade the technologies used to teach the relevant, demonstrable WORD of GOD, and also set up an online classroom.

We partnered with ImageMakers Ministries to provide over 800 toys to children in low income / at-risk areas within Baltimore City.Bungoma County, KenyaDug one additional well, number eight, and built three classrooms in the Psalm 41 School in Kenya. This school supports over 210 students. Thank you for giving them new classrooms, desks, and chairs to learn in comfort.Provided shoes to a total of 109 students in the Proverb 22 School.Paid salaries for 10 teachers and 14 pastors, and continued support for the 24-hour Tabernacle of Worship (TOW).Took a mission trip to teach hygiene to a high school and village schools.Purchased CHRISTmas toys for children in both WeRemnant-supported schools, Psalm 41 and Proverb 22, and provided holiday supplies for widows.

Malawi
In 2020, we the WeRemnant family, started a program to rescue newborn infants whose birth mothers died during childbirth, or who were abandoned in ditches, pit latrines, graveyards, hospitals and so many other locations in remote villages. We started the pilot program with six infants.

Thanks to your generosity, were able to increase to 15 infants.

Uganda During COVID-19, the Ugandan government was extremely strict with the lockdown. Street merchants and subsistence farmers were unable to visit their farms, or sell their produce. Therefore, the real and present danger in the country was not COVID, but starvation.
Thanks to the generosity of the WeRemnant family, we were able to provide food through our coordinator and partner on the ground. While there was a temporary pause in services, we were able to continue running both our programs. One program provides basic needs for cancer patients who sleep outside the Uganda Cancer Institute at Mulago Hospital in Kampala. We also provided meals, clothes and shoes to orphans in the fishing village of Mukuba.

The second program runs through a partnership with Inga Ministries. We were able to support the purchase of a motorbike for food delivery into remote locations and Bible delivery for new believers.

Zambia, Liberia, Namibia, India, Bangladesh
In these countries, we support orphanages, schools, and the underground Church in many villages. Many times, we found aid for Christians within some of these nations was next to nonexistent. With tight COVID restrictions, the help from WeRemnant prevented many from starving to death.

We love your expression of love for JESUS by caring for the needs of HIS children, our brothers and sisters. May the LORD find us faithful with what HE has given us, and empower us to do even more in 2021. Amen.
